2. Terms of Purchase

3. Returns Policy

Given that these are artistic products made by hand, returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in cases where the item has a manufacturing defect.

3.1. Returns due to manufacturing defects
If the customer receives a defective product, they must report it within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the order, attaching photographs and a description of the problem.
After reviewing the incident:

• A repair, replacement, or refund will be offered, as appropriate.
• The product must be returned in its original condition and with its complete packaging.

3.2. Shipping costs
In the event of a return due to a manufacturing defect, shipping costs will be borne by the seller.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been placed, as products are prepared on demand.
